Emiatt lesznek olyan tudományterületek, ahol más országok esetlegesen olyan tudást állítanak elő, amit Hazánk nem, ennek ellenére szüksége lenne a legoptimálisabb működéséhez (ilyen például a társadalomtudományok interdiszciplináris képzései).

“Since I am a participant in the Stipendium Peregrinum Scholarship, my answer may be a little prejudiced, but perhaps that will not make it less authentic. In my opinion, all countries need to import a specific resource. We cannot point out a single country that does not need to import a specific product for its optimal operation. This product may be a raw material (oil, iron ore, silicon) or even knowledge. Hungarian higher education is undoubtedly world class today. Although we should note that no country can produce all knowledge. That’s why there will always be areas where other countries might produce knowledge that our country does not, but should have in order to operate optimally (like for example, interdisciplinary courses in social sciences). This is why the Stipendium Peregrinum scholarship initiative by the Minister for Families is so useful and ingenious, as it allows the government to support students who have gained admission to the most prestigious universities in the world and helps them in bringing their knowledge back to Hungary. This talent support program which is unique in the world can result in a so far unexpected boost in development for the country. In my opinion, the Stipendium Peregrinum scholarship is worth a special mention both owing to its uniqueness and its potential among the programs of the National Talent Center. Of course, my answer, focusing on a single program from among the numerous progressive and essential talent support initiatives, cannot be exhaustive.”
