Dr. Fodor Szilvia
Dr. Fodor Szilvia pszichológus, az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem Pszichológiai Intézetének oktatója, az Európai Tehetségközpont, Budapest munkatársa. Érdeklődési és kutatási területe a tehetséggondozás és az optimális teljesítmény pszichológiája, a teljesítmény és a jóllét kapcsolata, valamint a pozitív pszichológia iskolai alkalmazási lehetőségei. Ezen belül speciális területe a tehetségazonosítás, a kreativitás környezeti tényezői, karaktererősségek és iskolai szervezetpszichológia, mindez a rendszerszemléletű pozitív oktatás elméleti keretében. Az oktatói-kutatói munka részeként számos műhelymunka, szakdolgozat, több OTDK dolgozat témavezetője, a tudományos közélet szereplőjeként pedig a European Council of High Ability (ECHA) vezető testületének (General Committee), a World Council for Gifted and Talented Children (WCGTC) tanárképzési munkacsoportjának és az European Talent Centre, Budapest nemzetközi tanácsadó testületének tagja. A tudományos életben szerzett tapasztalatokat a gyakorlatban is alkalmazza, több hazai és nemzetközi projekt résztvevője: 2015-17 között a Magyar Templeton Program szakmai vezetője volt, jelenleg a Magyar Tehetségsegítő Szervezetek és a Jesuit European Social Centre – European Leadership Program (Brüsszel) oktatója, illetve több nevelési-oktatási intézmény konzulense, ismeretterjesztő előadások tartója.
Dr. Szilvia Fodor is a psychologist, a lecturer at the Faculty of Education and Psychology of Eötvös Loránd University and associate of the European Talent Center in Budapest. Her main interests and research areas are the psychology between talent care and optimal performance, the relations between performance and wellbeing, and the opportunities to use positive psychology in schools. In details, she specialises in talent identification, environmental factors of creativity, character-strengths and organisational psychology and she adapts these into the boundaries of organised positive education. Due to being a professor and a researcher, many essays and projects are under her supervision and, as she is a well-recognised scholar, she is a member of the General Committee of the European Council of High Ability (ECHA), the Teacher Education Position Paper Committee of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children (WCGTC) and the talent expert of the European Talent Centre Budapest. She puts her theoretical knowledge into practice too as a participant of many Hungarian and international programs. She was the professional leader of the Hungarian Templeton Program between 2015 and 2017, and as of now she is a trainer of MATEHETSZ and of the Jesuit Social Centre – European Leadership Program and a consultant of several educational institutes and speaker of many scientific talks.
